Must able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and Outlook
Must be independent
Willing to learn
Must able to perform as a team
Tasks & responsibilities
Assisting in the accounting and finance work,
Issuing Invoices and Delivery Orders,
Preparing Giro/Bank transfer payment
Issuing Payment Vouchers and Cheques Payment
Issuing Purchase Orders.
Issuing SOAs and make follow up calls to the customers for payment
Training will be provided
