As a Contracts Manager [Road Works], you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and supporting project success through effective contract administration.

• Provide strategic advice to project staff on the identification, notification, and preparation of variations, extension of time claims, and associated loss and expense.

• Participate in the development of solicitations and assist in drafting all contractual correspondence and project documentation.

• Maintain accurate contractual records and documentation, including management of correspondence with subcontractors and stakeholders.

• Review project-related correspondence and develop suitable response strategies, advising on commercial and contractual implications.

• Ensure all signed contracts are clearly communicated to relevant project teams and provide contract awareness, interpretation, and guidance.

• Prepare and submit variations and final accounts in a timely and accurate manner.

• Support ISO audits and contribute to the implementation of quality management systems.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements: 

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• With 8 years’ relevant working experience will  be an advantage.

• Preferably have experience in construction / roadworks.
