Working Hours: Mon-Thu (830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)
Salary: $14-16/hr
Contract Duration: 6-12 Month
Job Scope:
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management to ensure accurate and well-organised records.
Process administrative documents such as forms and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Assist in preparing and organising documentation for meetings, reports, and audits.
Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Participate in onboarding new government systems, including involvement in system migration projects.
Utilise system to support auditing activities such as documentation, report generation, risk assessment, and process streamlining.
Requirements:
Diploma holder with relevant administrative experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong typing and data entry skills.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new IT systems and perform assignments confidently within new digital platforms.
