• Working Days: 5.5 Days: Monday-Friday, Alternate Saturday half day

Job Scope

• Handle end-to-end process for both air import/export shipments efficiently and accurately

• Ensure timely and accurate billing invoices are generated and sent to customers to facilitate prompt payments

• Perform checks on cargo clearance permits and cargo conditions before releasing to warehouse or traffic team

• Prepare and submit MAWB/HAWB for import/export shipments

• Monitor and follow up on shipment status with all relevant parties, including customers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters, and overseas agents

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment operations

• Familiar with using CCN and other related systems for airfreight operations

• Handle documentation, shipment details, and communications (via email or system) with customers and overseas agents

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior 

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline

• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
