Purchasing & Sourcing Executive (F&B Industry) - #1112355

Job Description:

• Handle purchasing of food & beverage products at competitive pricing and quantities

• Prepare purchase orders, review requisitions, and follow up with suppliers

• Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability

• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods

• Track inventory, costs, and product performance

• Analyse sales and stock levels to plan purchasing strategies

• Assist in export coordination and delivery arrangements

Logistics

• At least 2–3 years of purchasing/sourcing experience, preferably in F&B industry

• Good knowledge of logistics (overseas suppliers), inventory, and documentation processes

Job requirement:

• Proven experience in procurement, inventory, and logistics management (APAC/global exposure is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
