Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming stock while inspecting goods, verifying quantities against orders, and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Properly store items in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space.

• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products.

• Conduct regular inventory checks, report any discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and data entry into the system.

• Coordinate with other team members to fulfil orders in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

• Perform cycle count and stock take exercise.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Perform any related duties assigned by the Reporting Officer as it deems fit

  
  

Job Requirements:

• Secondary School education or NITEC.

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in warehousing.

• Lifting heavy packages is required.

• Preferably with forklift license and reach truck experience.

• PC literate with knowledge of SAP being an added advantage.
