JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide polite and prompt service to all customers, ensuring efficient order taking.

• Responsible for opening or closing the outlet as assigned.

• Prepare tea leaves, boba pearls, and other beverage ingredients.

• Refill syrups, toppings, and packaging when required.

• Prepare and hand over food orders to customers and delivery drivers upon completion.

• Portion food items according to company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen equipment, and overall outlet.

REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Positive working attitude with good communication skills.
