Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Costing, M&E, Business, and Construction departments on tender requirements, planning, and EHS matters.

• Prepare and review tender schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.

• Propose feasible site facilities, construction sequences, and cost-effective ERSS solutions for tender submissions.

• Assist in subcontractor/supplier meetings, provide technical support, and address consultant queries.

• Review tender documents, highlight discrepancies, and recommend value engineering opportunities.

• Estimate manpower/resources for tenders and support project teams on proposals post-award.

• Conduct safety site inspections, review construction previews, and coordinate HQ approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering

• 12 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of Contracts and Authority in Construction
