Job Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the CEO to define and implement long-term strategic objectives.

• Driving operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and implementing new systems to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate quality.

• Providing strong leadership and mentorship to department heads, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment.

• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide operational adjustments.

• Proactively identifying and mitigating potential operational risks.

• Managing budgeting and resource allocation to align expenditures with financial targets.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Familiarity with diverse business functions including marketing, sales, finance, and HR.

• Experience in business diversification will have added advantageous.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation.

• Outstanding communication, public speaking, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
