Job Responsibilities:

• Develop master program and site facilities planning to align with contractual schedule

• Plan project budget, manpower, and quality framework to meet contract requirements

• Lead staff in coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure quality workmanship

• Collaborate with HQ departments on budget control, safety management, and ISO documentation

• Define staff roles and responsibilities while reinforcing project objectives and company policies

• Partner with WSHO Officer to establish frameworks ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (safety, ECM, noise, vector control, etc.)

• Monitor staff performance and implement necessary training and development programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board

• 15 years of experiences in construction industry

• Experience in handling condo, commercial, data centre or AEI projects.

• Knowledge of Contracts and Authority in Construction
