Operations & Commercial Support Executive - #1112215

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable team player to support our operations and commercial teams. As an Operations & Commercial Support Executive, you’ll make sure our medical devices and supplies are always ready for delivery to patients, clinics, and partners. Your work will directly impact how fast and smoothly our customers receive the care they need.

What You’ll Do

Procurement & Supplier Coordination

• Manage purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely sales order fulfilment

• Build and maintain good working relationships with vendors and logistics partners

Inventory Management

• Monitor, track, and control stock levels across HQ and branch locations

• Ensure accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies

• Plan and forecast stock requirements to prevent shortages or overstocking

Customer Coordination

• Prepare and deliver devices for patients, clinics, and reseller partners

• Highlight and solve issues quickly (e.g. urgent deliveries, missing stock)

• Work closely with the operations and commercial teams to keep things moving

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or commercial support

• Comfortable with spreadsheets or CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

• Good at organizing, tracking, and following through on details

• Able to work well with different teams and communicate clearly

• Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
