Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities in existing accounts and expand into new market segments

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and accurate forecasts

  • Responsible for entire sales cycle through cold calls, networking and other channels to actively conduct sales presentation, demonstrations and proposals to potential customers

  • Build relationships with new customers and maintain strong connection with existing customers

  • Coordinate with internal departments (eg, marketing, logistic, technical support and operation) to provide seamless service to clients

  • Manage the sales process using CRM tools, ensuring follow-through and accountability

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales account management and business development.

  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.

  • Proven ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

  • Ability to travel within Singapore with a valid driver’s license and own car

  • Prior experience preparing proposals and delivering customer presentations is preferred

  • Willing to travel if needed
