Responsibilities:
Drive sales improvement, regulations, service processes and execute performance evaluation plans
Develop sales promotion plans and enhance brand image
Handle reception, consultation and procedures for seniors before and after admission
Assist in continuous assessments and actively communicate with families about seniors' conditions
Receive clients, address inquiries, record feedback and conduct follow up
Protect facility and company property, actively participate in training and improve service skills
Achieve set marketing performance targets
Complete upsell product sales goals for clients
Conduct market research, participate in formulating department plans, complete assigned tasks, summaries work and ensure effective implementation of department plans
Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in any related field
At least 5 years of relevant strong industrial experience in sales or customer service or hospitality services
Ability to work independently, prioritize and organize work activity
Good and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor
Able to commit to weekend and public holidays when required
Ability to work well in a team and independently
