Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure residential and hospitality projects across all market segments.

• Drive product specification and adoption, focusing on both small-scale and long-term mega-projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and design firms.

• Conduct engaging product presentations and technical briefings to project stakeholders.

• Communicate the company’s value in terms of design, innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

• Promote brand presence in condominiums, apartments, and hotels.

• Collaborate with marketing to execute events, seminars, showcases, and digital campaigns.

• Ensure consistent product messaging across all sales and marketing channels.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to capture market opportunities and win key projects.

• Track project pipeline, conversion rates, and market trends, providing input for product and marketing improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• 5–8 years’ experience in project sales, key account management, or distributor/channel management, preferably in building materials, home improvement, or interior products.

• Proven track record in handling both mid-market and premium project segments.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence in engaging architects, developers, and consultants.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional sales teams.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
