Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As a Assistant Department Manager, you shall lead the department daily operations, oversees staff, manages budgets and ensure financial growth by securing new business prospects. You will be involve in strategic planning, process improvement, staff development, and ensuring all contractual requirements are met with compliance to company policies and local regulations. You shall also act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent

  • Possess experience as Service Delivery Manager for Radar Systems maintenance or M&E services or experience as M&E Manager or head of department in an engineering firm can be considered

  • Knowledge in Operation or maintenance experience on Army or Air Defense systems is an advantage

  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional is an advantage

  • Strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and standards related to M&E services

  • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills and customer engagement skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and challenges

  • Good team player and yet able to work independently.

  • Singaporean only
