Senior/Lead Project Data Analyst - Only singaporean - #1112121

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small Agile team to deliver on Power BI product development.

• Work closely with Product Owner(s) and Business Analyst(s) to translate requirements into actionable insights and deliverables.

• Design, build, and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and champion Agile principles.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.

• Adapt to and learn our client systems and processes through provided training.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Lead Analyst, or similar role in data analytics and reporting.

• Strong technical expertise in Power BI development (including DAX, Power Query, data modeling).

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and prior experience working in Agile teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience mentoring or leading small teams is highly desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
