Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with BMW Asia, BMW Motorrad, suppliers, and contractors to drive aftersales performance and ensure compliance.

• Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and support initiatives that increase retention, throughput, and revenue.

• Champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and market reach.

• Manage Voice-of-Customer channels (surveys, call centre, email) and ensure timely resolution of feedback and concerns.

• Support aftersales procurement projects to ensure cost efficiency and policy compliance.

• Develop, track, and report strategies to achieve KPIs, including parts purchase targets, financial goals, and customer retention metrics.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, procurement, and operations teams on projects that strengthen the brand experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aftersales, customer service, or automotive industry (fresh graduates with data analytics background will be considered).
