Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support Project Manager in overseeing site matters and resolving technical issues.

• Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure compliance with latest BCA codes and regulations.

• Supervise site progress to ensure timely completion of works and adherence to safety standards.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house and statutory regulations.

• Prepare and attend site meetings, providing technical and administrative support to Project Manager.

• Liaise with government agencies for site permits and regulatory clearances.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (Revit), and Microsoft Project.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
