Operations Crew - #1112050

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily kitchen operation

• Prepare raw material for cooking

• Portion cooked food for packing

• Work closely with the team and be a team player, ensuring that product and service standards are maintained at all times

• Ensuring service is ready, timely execution of daily meals & festive specials

• Carry out hygiene tasks (not limited to cleaning and washing)

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in F&B/food factory

• Understand food hygiene requirements

• WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1, if available

• Able to work in shifts

• Strong team player
