Job Description – Senior Operations Supervisor/Executive (B2B & B2C Fulfilment)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Supervisor/Assitant Warehouse Manager to oversee both B2B and B2C fulfilment operations in our warehouse. This person must be hands-on, well-versed in warehouse systems, and able to coordinate bulk orders for retailers while also managing e-commerce fulfilment for consumers. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can handle inventory, staff, and customer issues independently while driving efficiency and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Fulfilment OperationsOversee daily B2B and B2C fulfilment ( Marketplace orders)
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch for both bulk and single-item orders.
Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, order tracking, stock accuracy and monitor performace
Coordinate with 3PLs/courier partners for timely deliveries.
Resolve inventory discrepancies quickly by investigating both system and physical stock.
Provide solutions for order shortages, delays, or customer complaints.
Maintain proper records for stock movements, returns, and adjustments.
Ensure safety within the warehouse by enforcing safety procedures at all times.
Train staff in safe forklift operations, proper lifting, and warehouse housekeeping.
Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
Investigate incidents, take corrective action, and implement preventive measures.
Lead by example in following safety rules and SOPs strictly.
Act as the bridge between warehouse and customer service teams.
Communicate directly with customers (B2B & B2C) to provide updates or resolve order issues.
Ensure high service standards and build good relationships with customers.
Supervise forklift drivers, storemen, pickers, and packers.
Delegate tasks daily and ensure accountability.
Train staff on fulfilment processes, safety, and SOP compliance.
Motivate staff across different age groups to work as one team.
Monitor and manage overtime records for warehouse staff.
Allocate manpower effectively to balance workloads between B2B and B2C.
Propose and implement new processes to improve fulfilment speed, accuracy, and reduce cost.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations/customer service, with exposure to both B2B and B2C fulfilment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and order management systems (WMS, ERP, or marketplace dashboards).
Proven ability to solve inventory and operational problems independently.
Able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
Hands-on, safety-conscious, and strict with SOP enforcement.
Cost-conscious, proactive, and driven to improve efficiency.
