Our client is seeking a Technical Site Support Executive to join their team!

What you'll be doing?
Technical assistance: Provide expert support, pre-sales product demonstrations, and site mock-ups to customers and colleagues.
Quality assurance: Report product performance and installation issues, ensuring installation warranties are maintained.
Product testing: Conduct internal and external material testing, and fabricate product prototypes for customer and departmental needs.
Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues on-site, coordinating with relevant departments for swift remedial actions.
Customer communication: Prepare reports and correspond with customers on product complaints and technical issues.
Site inspections: Organize routine and post-installation site inspections, submitting weekly reports to the Technical Manager.
Brand promotion: Assist in promotional activities, including training, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance Laticrete's product brand names.
Who are they looking for?
Construction experience: Candidates with prior experience on construction sites are preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided upon employment confirmation.
Transportation: You'll need to have your own transport (car or motorcycle) for site visits.
