Job Summary:

As our E-commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the online sales of prettyFIT. You will work closely with our marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure that our online presence is engaging, user-friendly, and always up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

·       Manage the e-commerce platform, including uploading of products and ensuring listings and pricing are accurate and up-to-date

·       Execute and manage online campaigns, provide insights on campaign performance

·       Order fulfilment in a timely and accurate manner

·       Preparing weekly sales report for online and offline sales

·       Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, if any

·       Monitor customer feedback and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

·       Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices and provide recommendations to improve the online customer experience

Qualifications:

·       At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field

·       Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and website analytics

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
