Warehouse Assistant Supervisor - #1111981

Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth vehicle stock arrangement and inventory management. This role involves supervising stock movements, assisting with vehicle allocations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in ensuring efficient workflow and stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching vehicles and parts.

• Coordinate and handle vehicle stock arrangements, ensuring correct placement and documentation.

• Monitor and update inventory records accurately, including vehicle and accessory movements.

• Support the process of vehicle allocation and ensure timely preparation for delivery.

• Assist in shifting vehicle stock based on operational requirements and allocation plans.

• Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing vehicles and parts.

• Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Admin, Operations) to support smooth allocation and stock coordination.

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

• Provide support to the Warehouse Supervisor in reporting, process improvement, and team coordination.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
  

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle stock or inventory control is an advantage.

• Assist in supervising daily warehouse activities and able to handle movement of vehicle stock.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Familiarity with stock management systems or inventory software preferred.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage

• Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (SPR) will be considered.
