Job Responsibilities:

• Support process improvement projects, governance frameworks, and performance management initiatives.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend solutions for management decisions.

• Prepare clear and impactful reports and presentations for senior leadership.

• Assist with market research and operations strategy development to support business growth.

• Track and verify sales performance, KPIs, and incentive/commission reports for accuracy.

• Liaise with agencies and vendors to manage Brand Ambassadors, rosters, and sales data reporting.

• Work with external partners to ensure contracts, permits, and compliance obligations are met.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and cost improvements.

• Handle general administrative tasks including invoices, payments, and permit renewals.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data management). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

• Ability to build reporting templates and dashboards from scratch.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Adaptable, agile, and comfortable taking on new challenges.

• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and vendors
