Senior Executive, Property Management (1 year contract) - #1111968

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing day to day SingPost Centre operations including but not limiting to security, cleanliness, fit-out works, Capex improvement works, plan and execute safe management procedures, ensure managing agents and vendors comply with building operations and standards. 

Other operation responsibilities include:

1) Maintenance

• Periodic Inspection of properties (jointly with MAs)

• Oversee soft services such as Cleaning, Security, Pest Control, Horticulture, Plumbing & Sanitary, Building façade, etc

• Vendor Management such as specialised contractors, term contractors

• Ensure statutory compliance

• Support ad hoc projects including follow up on installations of solar panels, food waste digester and smart water meters

2) All property maintenance related functions

3) Support in office management, fit-out works related functions

You will need to have:

• Diploma in Property/Facilities Management or related courses

• 3 years relevant or similar experience

• Good stakeholders' management 

• Good time project and time management
