Your expertise will build a robust team capable of handling diverse security challenges. You will collaborate with department leads to forecast hiring needs and execute effective recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies that align with our company's mission and security needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, jobportals and social media platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Requirements:
Diploma in any field
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (experience in security recruitment strongly preferred)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced setting
