Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, identifying their needs, and providing personalised assistance

• Uphold store excellence by ensuring high standards of product presentation, cleanliness, and overall customer experience

• Contribute to sales operations, including cashiering, till management, and processing customer returns efficiently

• Manage stock control through accurate replenishment, transfers, and maintaining product availability on the shop floor

• Share reliable product knowledge across Food or Clothing sections to build customer confidence and satisfaction

• Ensure the safe handling of goods, assist customers with product information, and support timely stock replenishment

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality

• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Candidates with prior experience may be considered for Senior Sales Advisor positions
