The Role

As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) in the Internal Medicine team, you will:

• Assist veterinarians and nurses in providing patient care and monitoring.

• Support daily hospital operations, including animal handling, cleaning, and preparation of equipment.

• Work closely with the internal medicine team to ensure smooth case flow and patient management.

• Maintain a high standard of care, ensuring patient comfort and wellbeing at all times.

• Uphold hospital standards of client communication and service.

Requirements

• No prior veterinary experience required (training will be provided).

• Prior exposure to animal handling or volunteering at shelters is an advantage.

• Passionate about animal care with strong teamwork and client service skills.

• Willingness to work some weekends and public holidays on rotation (time off in lieu provided).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Open to Singaporeans only.
