Job Descriptions:

• Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, including order tracking and resolve any issues that arise during the end to end purchase.

• Ensure all operational purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of all transactions.

• Work closely with other teams such as manufacturing, finance, engineering and logistics to understand their needs and provide the necessary support.

• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Generate reports on purchasing activities, analyze data and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management with minimum 3 years of purchasing experience

• Strong experience in SAP, specifically MRP, Creation and admendment of Purchase Orders, Proficient in MS Excel

• Able to work independently towards achieving company and group objectives

• Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
