• Company transport provided from: Ang Mo Kio, Jurong East, Bedok, Tampines

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, including matters related to membership, refunds, and general support.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Update and maintain customer service records accurately.

• Assist in improving service procedures and processes to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or F&B customer service is welcome.

• Able to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
