Finance Executive - #1111845

1) Financial Reporting and Analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.

Analyze financial performance, identify key variances and trends and compare actuals against budget and forecasts.

Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial presentations for regional leadership.

2) Budgeting and Forecasting

Support the annual budgeting and planning process across multiple countries in the region.

Maintain and update rolling forecasts based on actual performance and revised business assumptions.

Monitor financial results again budget and proactively flag significant variances or risks.

3) Data Analysis and Business Intelligence

Collect, organize and analyze financial and operational data from various sources.

Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Excel or Power BI to support strategic decision-making.

Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights as requested by regional management or business units.

4) Compliance and Internal Controls

Ensure finance practices are in line with internal policies, corporate guidelines, and relevant accounting standards (e.g. IFRS or local GAAP)

Perform annual balance sheet reviews in coordination with sister companies across the region.

Support audit requirements and assist in internal control reviews where neccessary.

5) Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-country teams and various departments to understand key business drivers and their financial implications.

Provide timely and accurate regional financial data and analysis to support business units and leadership as needed.
