Job Scope:

• To provide administrative support to project teams including of material purchasing, Risk Assessment, Method Of Statement, apply Permits to Work, project scheduling etc.
• Assist project teams in compiling and submission of project related documents.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Project Administrative experiences.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Words and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organised.
• Good communication skills with all level and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Details-oriented, good coordinating skills.
• Fast learner, positive working attitude.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
