Production Assistant Manager - #1111798

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure compliance of authorities’ regulations such as SFA / FSSC / Halal etc

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production crew

• Provide guidance and support to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently

• Ensure all products produced meet high quality standards by implementing quality control procedures, conduct regular inspections and monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues

• Manage inventory levels including raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials. Place order for materials as needed and work to minimize waste and reduce costs

• Works closely with Production Manager to develop production plans and schedules

• Works with Production Manager to manage budget; monitor cost and identify areas for cost savings

• Conduct training and develop production crew ensure they have necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as catering management

• Good knowledge and recognition of food products is essential

• Possess knowledge of best practices in catering management

• Able to work extended hours based on demands of business

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive working attitude with good adaptability

• Highly organized, detail orientated and able to handle stress

• Demonstrate ability to interact and work effectively across different departments
