Job Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the project team to ensure smooth operations.
Review SSOR (Standard Schedule of Rates) to identify discrepancies, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
Compile all necessary supporting documents required for RAOV (Recommendation for Award of Variation) and assist with final submission.
Handle and organize Delivery Orders related to concrete and rebar materials.
Assist in managing payment-related matters, including preparation and compilation of necessary documentation.
Source, obtain, and compile quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for procurement or cost comparison purposes.
Update and maintain monthly project reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Check, prepare, and organize warranty documents for project completion and handover stage.
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Minimum A’ Level / Diploma and above
Proficient in MS Office applications
Meticulous, with a keen eye for details
Possess good communication and organization skills.
Initiative, willing to learn and able to multi-task
