Student Care Centre Manager - #1111766

Job Description:

• In charge of running the overall operations of student care centre under the In:genius brand.

• Establish and maintain good relations with relevant stakeholders (School management, Parents, External parties)

• Need to continuously train and motivate teachers.

• Evaluate and constantly improve the staff classroom management and teaching methods.

• Need to be able to counsel students with behavioral / disciplinary issues.

• Need to detail-oriented, provide weekly and monthly reports for management.

• In charge of yearly events and activities of the centre.

• Working hours : 10am to 7pm

Job Scope:

• Handle enquireis to provide regular feedback to parents

• Oversee daily operaitons, enrolment and withdrawal

• Liaise with HQ, parents and school on centre matters

• Mentor and lead techers to ensure programmes are carried out

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.

• Candidate needs to have at least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably with supervisory experience.

• Able to teach P1-P6 students is a bonus

• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.

• Dedicated and reliable.

• Need to be a team-player.

• Able to multi-task.
