Junior Network Engineer - #1111704

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with network infrastructure deployments: routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment.

• Participate in client-facing implementation projects: site surveys, staging, on-site configuration, testing.

• Perform multi-vendor configurations: VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF/BGP), trunking, NAT, VPNs.

• Provide Level 1/2 support for network incidents, service requests, and hardware issues.

• Troubleshoot Layer 1–3 connectivity problems using tools like Wireshark, NetGain, ping/traceroute.

• Work with engineers and vendors to execute firmware upgrades, RMA replacements, and site cutovers.

• Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and configuration archives for handover.

• Support ITIL-based change requests and contribute to internal knowledge base and SOPs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in network operations, support, or implementation.

• CCNA-certified (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with at least two networking vendors beyond Cisco (e.g., Fortinet, Aruba).
