Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator

Salary Range: SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,000
Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave, Medical & Dental Coverage
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: East (Near Expo MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing shipment updates, and resolving issues.

• Prepare and process shipping documents according to Letter of Credit (L/C) requirements for bank submission.

• Coordinate all export shipments with forwarders and ensure timely execution.

• Liaise with logistics teams and forwarders to manage smooth shipping operations.

• Handle customer orders, deliveries, and related reports efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant shipping regulations.

• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or damages.

• Maintain and update export reports in a timely manner.

• Provide administrative support and perform other ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or customer service.

• Knowledge of export documentation and Letter of Credit (L/C) is an advantage.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
