Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to the following :
Manage the recruitment process including work pass administration
Assist in the on-boarding and off-boarding of Employee
Assist in updating of Employee Handbook
Manage payroll, benefits and leave administration
Assist in performance management
Recruitment advertisement & liaise with employment agencies
Internship management
Assist in Employee counselling and disciplinary action
Manage Employees GHS & WIC insurance
Arrange for Staff Medical Check-up
Employee Appraisal – probation, yearly
Email account application & set up email for new staff
Update and maintain E-portal for leave applications
Application for approval on recruitment and courses etc. to Head Office
Arrangement of company-sponsored courses
Arrangement of internal & external trainer (if any)
Maintenance of ISO training records
Admin duties, including but not limited to the following :-
Assist in Lease agreements
Assist in organizing company events
Assist in quarterly project records & tender reports to Head Office
Assist in certification renewal to Associations and Government Bodies
Assist Managing Director in management admin work
Arrangement of hampers/sponsorship to clients
Co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
Manage Company’s rental car
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
With 3-5 years of related work experience
Good organisation and planning skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
