Job Scope
Promote international air and ocean freight services to prospective and existing clients.
Conduct cold calls and proactive outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Prepare and present monthly sales reports detailing performance, trends, and opportunities.
Work towards and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Identify potential clients and actively develop new accounts to expand the company’s customer base.
Manage sales operations as well as daily logistics activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely issue resolution.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop and enlarge targeted customer segments through strategic planning and lead generation.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management and other equivalent
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
