Drive the organization’s growth and competitive edge by delivering reliable, high-quality Service Operations, ensuring system availability, and optimizing support processes while leading the operations team to achieve service excellence.
Manage complex incidents, oversee day-to-day service operations, and collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution in line with SLA commitments.
Analyze operational metrics to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and enhance overall service performance while minimizing business disruptions.
Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot service-related product issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement sustainable corrective measures.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and actively promote automation and optimization initiatives to boost efficiency.
Provide after-hours support and handle escalations as needed, including executing system changes to meet evolving business requirements.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification in Telecommunications.
Professional certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE, Oracle Certified Professional, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
3–5 years of experience in application and system support with proven success in meeting SLAs and engaging directly with external customers.
Strong proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7/8.
Practical experience with Oracle 19c, including RAC, Oracle Vault, Data Masking, GoldenGate, and Active Data Guard.
Hands-on expertise in Access and Certificate Management (ACM), where applicable.
