As a UXUI Designer in the Enterprise UXUI team, you’ll design products that enhance the experience for travellers, shoppers, and the airport community.
Working closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, you’ll help shape how millions of people interact with Changi.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to craft user-friendly, functional, and visually compelling digital experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights that shape better products.
Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts, iterating based on feedback and real-world testing.
Present your designs to stakeholders, gather feedback, and refine solutions to align with user needs and business goals.
Contribute to Changi’s design system, ensuring consistency across digital products.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design discipline (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media), computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in UX/UI. Portfolio must include 1–2 launched projects used by real users that highlight impact on users or business.
Demonstrated expertise in applying user interface heuristics to B2C or B2B websites and mobile apps.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools and UX research platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in applying various user research methods, with a clear understanding of when and how to use different techniques effectively.
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
