Senior Engineer, Service Sales (Mechanical/Building Services) - #1111587

My client is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of air conditioning equipment and the only integrated air conditioning manufacturer in the world. 

• Permanent Position: Senior Service Sales Engineer 
• Salary: Attractive Remuneration + VB (2-3 months) + Transport Package 
• Location: Singapore
• Working Hours: Office, Monday to Friday

This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in Mechanical or Building Services (ACMV/HVAC), who can lead a team, build client trust, and deliver results in a competitive market.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, coach, and guide the service sales team.

• Work with management to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Build strong relationships with clients, identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities.

• Drive new business opportunities to expand market presence.

• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract signing.

• Track and report sales performance and KPIs.

• Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams for smooth project delivery.

• Support budget planning, revenue forecasting, and expense management.

• Train and mentor team members to strengthen sales and customer skills.

• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirement :

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related).

• Experience in Service Sales (ACMV/HVAC or Building Services preferred).

• Strong sales skills: prospecting, negotiation & closing.

• Good communicator with strong client relationship skills.

• Analytical, solution-driven, and able to work under pressure.

• Goal-oriented with a proven record of meeting sales targets.

Priority will be given to candidates with relevant Service Sales experience in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
