Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician [ Die attach bonder / Machine set-up ] - #1111586

Position title :  Production Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Admirax St
Working Days:  5 Day A Week
Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary : $3500 - $4000 (depends experience)
 

Responsibilities:

• Performs machine and process setup of die attach and moulding machines

• Able to performs machine troubleshooting.

• Performs mechanical alignment

• Ensure that the quality product is manufactured on schedule within the customer’s requirement

• Work with Cross functional Departments to resolve function, safety, quality and productivity related issue and improvement.

Requirements:

• Processed basic technical knowledge in machine set up and troubleshooting.

• Minimum 2 years experiences in semi-con production.

• Preferably with 2 years hand on experience in machine set-up and troubleshooting of die attach bonder.

• Must be willing to work in the cleanroom environment: wearing jumpsuits, safety helmet and safety shoes (only at customer side)

• Able to travel overseas whenever is needed.
