Accounts Payable Executive (AP) - #1111580

Our Client:

• FMCG Industry 

• Mon – Fri, Office Hour 

• Woodlands 

• UP $3500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payable including invoice processing, vendor payments, monthly SOA reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders

• Handle financial reporting tasks such as GST submission, month end closing, year end audit support, and monthly bank reconciliations

• Oversee Fixed Assets accounting including depreciation, register maintenance, disposal process, and ensuring compliance with company SOP and internal controls

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent

• Min. 1-3 years of Accounts Payablel Experience

• Possess knowledge in SAP Hana 4 and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
