Job Details

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for new store openings, lease renewals, relocations, expansions, and closures.

• Lead lease negotiations and manage ongoing renewals with landlords.

• Evaluate the impact of renovation cycles, sales transfers, project rollouts, and changes in store portfolio (e.g., expansions, closures, relocations).

• Conceptualize creative design proposals for tender submissions and maintain a network of designers for collaborative projects.

• Coordinate closely with Project and Maintenance teams to address facility-related concerns, renovations, and landlord-driven improvements.

• Review lease agreements, consult legal counsel as needed, and flag any contractual discrepancies or concerns.

• Manage and follow up on all lease documentation to ensure timely completion; maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing reports and schedules.

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly updates and reports to Senior Management.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with landlords, property agents, and other key stakeholders.

• Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal and operational standards.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to identify and evaluate potential expansion opportunities.

• Collaborate with landlords and agents to secure new locations via tenders or direct negotiations.

• Foster long-term stakeholder relationships to support future growth and partnerships.

• Keep abreast of real estate trends and market developments in Singapore, consistently scouting for suitable locations for brand expansion.

• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business gatherings as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline, with at least 2–3 years of experience in tenancy management and leasing.

• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

• Sound understanding of commercial lease terms and conditions.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Skilled at coordinating cross-functional resources to drive business development.

• Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset.

• Prior experience in the F&B sector and familiarity with both public and private tendering processes will be advantageous.
