We are looking for a visionary and technically adept Senior Solutions Integration Architect to lead the design and integration of next-generation digital diagnostics platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping how healthcare systems adopt and scale digital innovations, ensuring seamless interoperability, robust performance, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and innovation—collaborating with diverse stakeholders to bring transformative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee the integration of digital diagnostic systems across healthcare environments, ensuring resilience, scalability, and security.

• Lead cross-functional collaborations with startups, hospitals, and research institutions to drive digital health adoption and system interoperability.

• Translate complex clinical and operational requirements into scalable technical architectures and integration strategies.

• Guide the development of system interfaces and workflows that connect new digital tools with existing healthcare IT infrastructure.

• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, fostering innovation and adherence to best practices.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks that enhance system performance and developer efficiency.

• Ensure all solutions align with cybersecurity, privacy, and medical device compliance standards (e.g., ISO 13485, 62304, PDPA, HIPAA).

• Maintain clear documentation of architectural decisions, integration blueprints, and system specifications.

Successful hire:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in deploying digital health solutions, particularly within Singapore healthcare institutions.

• Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and integration workflows.

• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures on platforms like AWS and Azure.

• Familiarity with medical device regulations and cybersecurity frameworks relevant to healthcare IT.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams.

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, Agile methodologies, and complex data architecture design.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations applicable to healthcare systems.
