Location: Serangoon

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, accounts receivables/payables, and month-end closing.

• Prepare a full set of accounts, reporting packages, and financial statements.

• Generate financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making.

• Support projects such as new product launches, from defining business requirements to UAT, ensuring correct accounting treatment and reporting readiness.

• Coordinate with shared service teams and internal stakeholders on financial processes, data accuracy, and compliance.

• Prepare MAS PSN04 returns and ensure compliance with MAS notices for both new and existing products.

• Manage GST reporting and other tax-related matters in line with regulatory requirements.

• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and work with business teams to address risk areas.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Finance Director and CFO.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (for diploma holders).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
