Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and handling customer inquiries.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Verify order information, update order status, and communicate delays or issues to customers as needed.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex matters when required.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.
Organize and maintain filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
