Freight / Shipping Coordinator [EAST] - #1111520

• Working Hours and Locations (can choose!):

1. Tampines Industrial Ave (near to Tampines IKEA)
   Day shift: 7:30am - 5:15pm
   Noon shift: 1:15pm - 11:00pm ($7/day)
   Night shift: 10:30pm - 8:15am ($11/day)
   

2. Greenwich Drive (near Hougang region)
   Day shift: 8am - 545pm
   Noon shift: 11pm - 845pm ($7/day)
   

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls and email enquiries

• Activate/register shipments to system

• Co-ordinate/follow-up with customers and vendors for shipment/transport arrangement

• Arrange for customs clearance application

• Generate invoice for services

• Generate daily operations reports

• Update Track and Trace events

• Other duties as assigned
