• Collaborate with clients and superintendents to deliver quality services efficiently

• Provide remote troubleshooting support through emails, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related studies

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar field will be preferred

• Willingness to travel overseas for an assignment as required
